Robert D. Gelman is a Certified Public Accountant and President of TAME Software & Consulting, the developer of Trust Accounting Made Easy. The computer program was developed to simplify the complexities of properly maintaining attorney trust accounts in compliance with state’s record-keeping rules and regulations. His offices are located in Livingston, New Jersey.
Mr. Gelman maintains an accounting practice dedicated to consulting to the legal community regarding their attorney trust and escrow accounts and the continued development and support of Trust Accounting Made Easy. Attorney trust account related services include monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly reviews of law firms’ attorney trust accounts, audit assistance and preparation and historical record restoration. The focus of the consulting services is to insure conformity with attorney trust and escrow account record keeping rules and regulations and to protect lawyers in the event of audits.
